There is something that I’ve been noticing more and more lately.

It is a major problem for businesses trying to find more clients.

Although you wouldn’t expect this to be a common problem, it is.

You would never pull the trigger of your gun before aiming at the target…

So why do the same thing in business?

In this article, I will show you how to stop wasting time and money on useless marketing.

What is the goal?

When creating an ad for your business, there is one thing that you must ask yourself before you start.

What is the goal of this ad?

Although it may seem obvious, you would be surprised how often this is overlooked.

I have witnessed numerous ads exist only to do nothing at all.

You will have encountered this too, even though you may not realise it.

This problem turns something that looks like a great ad into a non-performer.

Do not do this

Every ad NEEDS a goal.

Your ad has to give the audience a sense of direction.

Click the link below. Buy now. Fill in the form. Share with your friends.

Even if your audience goes through your entire ad, without something at the bottom telling them what to do, they will do the worst thing imaginable.

Nothing…

They will not buy, click the link, fill in the form. Nothing.

It is your job to make the sale as simple and easy as possible.

Do not confuse your audience.

Especially at the most crucial moment of the sale.

Make it easy

If you want to attract more clients to your business, next time you run an ad. Do this:

Before you even lift a finger. Ask yourself this one question.

What do I want my audience to do?

Book a call? Fill in a form? Sign up for your newsletter?

If you can do this and direct them to do what you want, you have won more than half of the battle.

It really is that simple.

Yet many businesses out there still fail to do this.

Including the multi-million dollar supercompanies.

The next time you come across an ad, pay attention and see if they follow this basic principle.

Talk soon,

Tommy
